Assalam-alaikam,
thanks for the link sister, I’m going to take a look.
You asked me about children’s books. I have a long list of favourites for children, but not many Islamic ones.
Mostly they are not too well-written or excited, they tend to push the point too hard. I went to an exhibition this weekend (have posted the pics) and came across a few I really liked:
Saniyasnain Khan’s: The Greatest Stroies from the Quran (his other books seem good too)
Harun Yahya’s Tell Me About Series (Tell Me About the creation, Tell me About Muhammad etc)
Yasmin Ibrahim’s I Can series (I Can Wear Hijab Anywhere, I Can Pray Anywhere) for little kids, though it was a bit expensive in my local Islamic book shop.
I’ve noticed that a lot of new stuff is coming out, so I’ll keep an eye out for anything that stands out insh’Allah. Hope that helps
